I cannot say for certain that this anomaly is not a reflection from inside the ship, but as the image does not contain any other anomaly's or light streaks which are indicative of reflective anomalies, i would suggest on that basis, its an actual object of some kind.
As you can see in the close up view, the object does not resemble a booster or fuel tank, it also appears to have two protrusions at its end, almost like a two pronged fork.
For some unknown reason these tube shaped objects have been photographed and filmed by NASA many times before, but what they actually are, and where they come from remains a mystery.
