UFO Shoots Past Tour Boat?

Not sure what to make of this one, its an interesting clip though, a very fast object appears to shoot past a tour boat on lake Tahoe, so fast it seems that only one person appeared to see it, could it be a UFO?

This could be a hoax video and until i have time to analyze it properly i will remain on the fence, hoaxers have killed the UFO genre for me and many other people and with anything concerning UFO sightings i would suggest an open but skeptical mind.

Witness States:

We went to Lake Tahoe for vacation we got a tour on a boat to ride on the lake.

I did not see the object  until we got home, I was checking the videos and this object appeared on the video with tremendous speed at 00.07 seconds.

The original video is 10 minutes long, it also seems that one person saw the object and took off his hat.
